This individual is a participant in the IRS's voluntary tax preparer program, which generally includes the passage of an annual testing requirement and the completion of a significant number of hours of continuing education. Preparers satisfying these educational requirements and agreeing to abide by the IRS's rules are allowed to represent clients whose returns they prepared and signed, but only before revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar IRS employees, including the Taxpayer Advocate Service. This extremely important privilege is not extended to tax preparers who are not attorneys, certified public accountants, or enrolled agents. To be eligible, tax preparers must complete the AFSP requirement every tax year.

In keeping with a law passed by Congress at the end of 2015, the Internal Revenue Service is required to use private debt collection companies to collect delinquent tax debts. In order to ensure that those with overdue tax debts are fully informed as to who they should expect to hear from, the agency has issued a press release announcing the names of those collection agencies with whom they have contracted. They are:...

Whether you’re a political junkie or not, you’ve probably heard about some part of President Biden’s ambitious $3.5 trillion spending bill. The proposal encompasses a wide range of items, including funding for education, childcare, health care, paid leave, and tax increases on wealthy people and corporations. It also includes an $80 billion boost in budget for the Internal Revenue Service. Though you may cringe at the idea of more funding for the agency that everybody loves to hate, there is more to the proposal than meets the eye. ...

Love working here. Team is great. They are family based and allow you to set your own schedule. Everyone is respected.Telemarketer in Vero Beach, FL
Productive and fun
Really small company that is looking to grow very nice people my only concern was that on indeed it did say that the position was up to $17 an hour but in reality the starting pay is $10 an hour and based on the commission you could potentially make $17 an hour but that is also no guarantee it all depends on you and that was not mentioned on indeed overall the management and being able to get along with the people that work there was great what I would say is don’t go in with the intention on making the 17 an hour because that is not true also in the interview they do tell you that you could potentially get a two dollar raise from the $10 but when it is time to come in and actually get the raise they only give you a dollar raise and promise that if you stick with the company one more month then they’ll give you the additional dollar raise.Quality Control Analyst in Jenison, MI

Pretty much set your own schedule. Great people to work with and for! The only negative is it is seasonal work, so the person who is looking for work year round is pretty difficult.Assistant Office Manager in Plainfield, MI

UPDATE 6-1-2020: Val reached out to me today to apologize. I updated my star rating to better reflect my experience now that the issue has been resolved.I would like to start by saying this might be a longer review, so bear with me please.I used to work at Integrity as a seasonal scanner and packing team member. Basically, once you met with your preparer and they wrote up your taxes for the year, I would process and pack them so you could come sign and pick them up before we filed them.During my employment at Integrity, I really liked my job and the people I worked with! All the preparers, Kris, Tom, Greg, and Val were all friendly and kind. The support staff in the office was also very easy to get along with and I thought we all worked as a team cohesively. The reason for my 1 star is not for my experience while I worked there. The reason for my 1 star is because of how I was treated after I was told I could have my taxes corrected by Val, a preparer, and the office manager at the location in question. My issue here is that there was a clear lack of communication between Val and I and I felt I was not taken seriously when I asked for help with my amendment. If there was ever an issue or if doing my amendment was too much for Val to do why wouldn’t she just be honest with me? Throughout my time working at Integrity I thought I had a pretty good relationship with all my coworkers to the point where they knew they could be honest with me. From the time I dropped off my documents to now where I have the completed documents in my hands to mail in it took a total of almost two months. Val blatantly ignored me from April 22-May 5, and even then when she responded letting me know my amended return was "finished" pending "review" she didn't really seem like she cared. Greg turned out to be the preparer that was working on my amendment, but the office manager Val did not grant my preparer the correct information on what I even needed to amend, so I basically had to start from square one a week ago. That being said however, Greg is an excellent preparer, and I am very happy with the work he did. He was very professional and I could tell he cared about helping me figure out my return. Something I can say I didn't feel with Val.
