Battle Mage 5th Job Skill Build

When you get to Lvl 200 you’ll get access to your V Matrix and new 5th job skill nodes instantly. The best way to level them up is through Nodestones and Experience nodes

Battle Mage Perfect Trio Nodes

The most important thing when it comes to your V Matrix are your boost nodes. The perfect trio for Battle Mage is Finishing Blow, Condemnation, and Dark Shock. The 2nd trio would be Dark Genesis, Battle Burst, and Sweeping Staff.

For Battle Mage you dont require your boost nodes right away since the 5th job skills are so good. For more damage you must get the first perfect trio. The 2nd trio is not as important.

Another really great V Skill is Resistance Infantry. It has amazing horizontal coverage and will definitely help your rates. Craft Character Building if you are planning on power leveling.

Battle Mage 5th Job Skill Explanation

Sours: https://thedigitalcrowns.com/battle-mage-skill-build-maplestory/

The Battle Mage (also known as BaM) is a member of the Resistance that condenses magical power and uses it for strength and protection. Unlike other Magician classes, the Battle Mage specializes in fast, close-range combat that overpowers foes. The Battle Mage uses staffs to decimate multiple enemies with flashy attack spells and casts auras to aid the party a character is in. The Battle Mage is unique amongst Magicians as it is primarily a melee combat character. Using his staff to beat back the Black Wings, the Battle Mage will be the first into danger, placing himself between his teammates and the forces of darkness. He also has Aura abilities, which allow him to buff himself and his friends in combat.

MapleStory Battle Mage Skill Build Guide

Battle Mage is a Resistance Class in MapleStory that can provide some of the best party buffs in the game. As a Mage job, Battle Mages get a unique teleport skill that can be used in mid-air, making their movement more fluid than normal mages. Whilst damage isn't their strong suit, Battle Mages are great party members for end-game bossing due to their party support buffs.

Battle Mage Overview

Battle Mages were released alongside Wild Hunter in Patch v94, which was the second part of the Big Bang Update. Battle Mage is part of the Resistance set of MapleStory classes, which include: Battle Mage, Wild Hunter, Mechanic, Xenon, Blaster, Demon Slayer and Demon Avenger. They all share the same Link Skill that can be stacked, so leveling all the Resistance Classes will give you a strong Link Skill for bossing.

Training Battle Mages from level 10-200 can feel quite lackluster compared to other classes. Their movement and mobbing is decent in 1-3rd jobs, but they get a little left behind in 4th job. That being said, once you hit 5th job, the class is going to feel brand new as you get plenty of skills to help with mobbing and your damage starts to take off. With Combat Teleport, you'll be able to navigate complex maps easier than most Mages, and you get useful Auras that provide passive buffs to you and anyone you party with.

Bossing wise Battle Mages tend to have below-average damage output, but they can scale with a high amount of funding. Their main contribution to bossing is their party buff skills, which many end-game players love having in their parties. Their summon skills can help take care of any annoying mobs, allowing you to focus on the main boss.

Hasty Aura is your first job aura party buff that increases attack speed of you and your party members.

Condemnation is a toggle skill that will summon a dark spirit that attacks mobs after you fully charge it by attacking mobs.

Skill Description & Overview

  • Battle Burst (MAX)
  • Dark Shock (MAX)

  • Dark Conditioning (MAX)
  • Power Stance (MAX)
  • Blue Aura (MAX)

Your third job attacking skill is Quintuple Blow, which deals more lines and damage. You get a new movement skill called Battle Burst, which works similarly to the 2nd job skill Dark Chain except you rush through enemies this time. Dark Shock is a toggle skill that allows you to teleport between mobs and deal lots of damage; the marks you add to mobs will explode when hit again dealing even more damage.

Power stance will prevent you from getting knocked back by mobs, which makes training infinitely more satisfying as well as preventing bosses knocking you into trouble.

Blue Aura isn't very useful except in certain situations so stick with Hasty Aura again.
