Pros: "Seat very v=comfotable"

Pros: "I loved all the updated COVID protocols and the commitment to a safe comfortable flight. The crew did everything possible to ensure the trace experience was as smooth as it possibly could have been and showed a great deal of patience with my family of five that moves kinda slow sometimes."
Cons: "Biscoff cookies in every snack bag. Those cookies one of the most integral parts of flying delta for me"

Pros: "The entertainment options are good as well as free messaging on wifi"
Cons: "The boarding was late, the take off was late (weather), then arriving in rdu was delayed because the bridge was broken. All around, I’ve had better experiences but I’ve had much worse on SW."

Cons: "There should not be a pay wall around the internet in today's day and age"

Pros: "Crew was very welcoming and nice"
Cons: "There was a lot of empty space on the plane I wish they would’ve spaced passengers out evenly."

Cons: "Very good"

Pros: "Fast/ efficient"
Cons: "The little plane is always brutal. I'm not a small guy and sat next to an offensive lineman. It was tight for sure!"

Pros: "Crew was attentive and accommodating."
Cons: "Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane."

Pros: "Crew professionalism."

Pros: "Actually leaving the airport after 2 hours late was the best part."
Cons: "Not be hours late. And then when you finally land have to wait longer for an open gate cause they're doing work on the other ones. A lot of poor planning on this trip. Very disappointed in this experience cause I love to fly."

Pros: "Crew was great. Paris to RDU flight is very convenient. Fair summer pricing overall for our special itinerary. Beverages, snacks on international flight were great."
Cons: "Specialty food requested - reduced sugar because there is just too much sugar in airline food generally. Pretty awful. Some kind of (I think) pickled cabbage and carrots slaw was inedible. Plain yogurt was awful, needed something! Nuts, just a little bit of dried fruit would help."

Pros: "They didn’t want to help"

Cons: "They were delayed. They wouldn't let us keep our checked sized bags which slowed us down even more. Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home."

Pros: "The crew was some of the best I’ve ever had."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Crew was awesome. Movie was awesome. Delta always comes through."

Pros: "Everything about delta"

Pros: "yes crew were very good"

Cons: "Value for the price."

Pros: "Comfortable"
Cons: "The crew"

Pros: "Crew was excellent."
Cons: "Snack can be little better."

Pros: "The boarding process was smooth ."
Cons: "The cleanliness of the seat and tray area."

Pros: "Boarding process was smooth."
Cons: "In flight service was disappointing."

Pros: "Smooth flight."
Cons: "Tight seat. Small space."

Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "Good service this morning"
Cons: "All good"

Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "Absolutely no entertainment for a flight that had way more people than my first one. Food options were horrible!"

Pros: "chwcking in was very easy."
Cons: "No in board beverages. On flight from RDU to PHL beverages were served."

Cons: "Having to go through Kayak wasn’t helpful. I wasn’t kept informed of the flight and getting to my flight schedule was difficult. Going through the website was also frustrating and confirming flights was difficult."

Pros: "The crew was nice and did the best they could"
Cons: "The flight was late, extremely turbulent, and was spent mostly under 10k feet, so wifi was available for only a very short time"

Pros: "Crew was pleasant. Boarding was fast and efficient, nobody bumrushed."
Cons: "The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks."

Pros: "Crews were great."
Cons: "Flight delays coming and going. Happens a lot with Delta."

Pros: "The check-in agent was very nice and patient"
Cons: "Our flight kept on getting delays, we were seated separated, a kid was hitting my seat during the whole flight even after skiing the mother to stop her child, not sure what is the solution there but I would suggest that in your announcements in the beginning you could mention a rule of respect to others like in the movies a little subtle regulation about other passengers space respect."

Pros: "Getting off the flight was the best!"
Cons: "The persons who barfed and delayed take off was a not great. Cramped"

Cons: "Flight delayed by 2 hours- was just sitting in the plane for couple hours before it took away"

Pros: "Plane was on time."
Cons: "My seat assignment was in the last row of the plan when the plane was not full"

Pros: "The woman who helped us at the desk by the gate was possibly the single most helpful, kind Delta employee I’ve ever met. She wheeled me down the jetway and upgraded our seats. I wish I knew her name. She has very curly dark blonde hair and is petite."

Cons: "My seat was in the last row on an MD88 where the engines are in the tail fin. Felt like I had a washing machine with a bag of rocks in it next to my head the whole flight. The intercom system also had a gnarly hum/screech when the attendants we're talking so you could barely hear them."

Pros: "Everything was delightful on Delta’s side. Very comfortable. Great service."
Cons: "Why do parents with infants choose to sit in First Class. Crying babies are not appreciated when I’ve paid a lot of money for a First Class experience. The parents in the sears behind me had a child who cried & cried. It was a real spoiler for me. I enjoyed eveeeythinf about the First Class experience except that."

Cons: "Worst"

Pros: "The air staff were very nice and attentive. Menu choices were varied and reasonably priced."
Cons: "The microphones didn't work well and hearing the staff was difficult. I saw several load before their zone was called with nothing said to them. When I paid to upgrade zones that is very annoying. Please quit shrinking the passenger seat size."

Cons: "The flight was delayed just as we were about to board at There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at It was boarded and ready to go around Thenwe taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. SighDelta used to be my favorite airline."

Cons: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost hrs after my last flight meal."

Pros: "Wheeler chair service is available"
Cons: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

Pros: "Whereas our flight out from Raleigh to JFK where everything that could possibly go wrong did(late crew, boarding computer problem, mechanical issues with the plane, gate problems, missed connection) this last leg of our trip back was flawless. Everything was on time, and the crew was friendly and attentive. We had exit row seats so the leg room for this 90 minute flight was great compared to our first part (London-Atlanta)"

Pros: "Flight attendant had nice attitude."
Cons: "I asked for an aisle seat to provide relief to my right leg. I was given an aisle on my left. This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Had I been given the requested seat, I would not have the sore neck and back I now have from leaning for 2 hours."

Pros: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."
Cons: "After reading the good things, you need more bad?"

Pros: "The crew was great and nice. Very professional and clearly made safety number one."
Cons: "We had an issue with the rudder that led to an aborted take off. Then when we finally got to RDU the ground crew was not available to marshal the plane in."

Pros: "The only positive of this leg is that it was less infuriating than the flight from RDU to Boston"
Cons: "Delta's partnership with Go Jet seriously compromises the legacy carrier's reputation. I am a Delta fan - although flexible enough to use other choices when necessary. I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

Cons: "If you have to swap out planes, do it at night, not the morning of the flight! And tell the customers in advance, so they can get some sleep instead of hurrying to the airport for an "on time" flight that couldn't be flown because of an equipment problem."

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Fell asleep"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Quick flight time even though we left late."
Cons: "Needed larger plane. The passengers were smashed together in small seats."

Pros: "Clear instructions, clean plane, flight on time."
Cons: "Getting food service back on plains."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful"
Cons: "The flight was not socially distanced"

Cons: "The flight was not socially distanced"

Pros: "Everything was how should be"
Cons: "I like how you are now."

Cons: "Major turbulence made the flight miserable"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Sit with my actually girlfriend that I bought tickets with"

Cons: "My tv didn’t work my WiFi didn’t work and no beverage service"

Pros: "Crew, clean toilets, quality of food/beverages served, punctuality (arrived early), entertainment"
Cons: "Cold temp/a bit cramped in economy, plane landing was rough!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 2 hours because of a reported maintenance issue with the aircraft but was originally delayed because of not having flight attendants available. When the flight attendants did finally arrive they all had an attitude of wishing to be anywhere but on this flight. The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. All in all a quite dissatisfying experience but not an uncommon one with this airline & this airport. I will use both only when I have absolutely no other options."

Pros: "Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom."
Cons: "The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good."

Cons: "Another American Airlines delay"

Cons: "Gate person could have been more accommodating given I was not supplied a boarding pass. Had to get seat assigned at gate and she was irritated that I did not have a boarding pass. On plane stewardess was indifferent to issues with chairv and my attempt to change seat."

Pros: "I've been flying Spirit lately to save money, so know that this is my comparison. American Airlines staff were friendly and helpful, the website was easy to use for things such as changing seats and adding bags, and I really appreciate the updates from AA via email and text. I appreciate the snack."
Cons: "No complaints."

Cons: "delayed and lost luggage! thanks"

Pros: "Quick flight with no delays"
Cons: "Cramped seating."

Cons: "There was a hour weather delay."

Cons: "We had a 3 hour delay because of a “minor mechanical issue” that was fixed relatively quickly but took over 2 hours to get “paperwork approved”. We were stuck on the plane the entire time."

Pros: "Crew was nice. I liked getting regular meals/snacks."
Cons: "More seat room! Better food. Maybe something other than pasta for a vegetarian version? More fruit and vegetables, less bread. All the video screens stopped worked halfway through the flight."

Pros: "Comfortable cabin temp, great in flight entertainment, and excellent flight attendants."
Cons: "Nothing actually. It was a very enjoyable flight."

Pros: "Good flight good crew"
Cons: "Hated the connection from terminal 5 to terminal 3 we should not have to go through the departure lounge this added 10 mins or more into a very tight connection."

Pros: "Flight attendants were very attentive"
Cons: "Limited leg room for such a long flight. The person in front of my husband reclined their seat and he could barely move for the 8 hour flight. Check in process at Heathrow was not wonderful as there was plenty of seats but were not open for people to sit in. It was not pleasant holding a 33 pound toddler waiting in 30 minute line"

Pros: "Smooth flight and landing"
Cons: "Paying for upgrade seats that was tight"

Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "It’s a commuter. It’s tiny. In flight left trash with us till plane was about to land. Pilots seemed inexperienced. Landing was hard, braking was hard approach was awkward and it was a beautiful day with no wind. Pilot shortage isn’t helping the regionals."

Cons: "Least favorite leg of the trip. The seats were super tight with very little room. The crew was the least friendly I have met. The food was the least pleasing I have ever had."

Cons: "A two-stop flight turned into a three-stop flight and lost connecting flights!"

Pros: "Good food service and friendly crew. No waits in line for bathrooms."
Cons: "That my bag was overweight and I would have to get out of line and go to another section of the airport to rearrange my luggage, which would make it too time consuming. Had no choice but had to pay the steep charge!"

Pros: "Finnair uses the American Airlines flight for this destination. Non-stop flight Raleigh to Heathrow (round trip).. Fantastic, on time and comfortable aircraft."
Cons: "It would have been easier to book our seat assignments if Fdfinnair had directed us to contact American Airlines directly to get seat assignments. Could not pre-select through Finnair. If you did not want the meat meal the vegetarian meals on both flights included mushroomsnot into fungi."

Pros: "More clarification pre purchasing of extra bag fees"
Cons: "$50 bag fee. Attendants not friendly. The seat pocket had chewed gum on magazine. Trays were dirty when I turned on the light- looked like blood. Will not fly American anymore."

Pros: "Flight was delayed slightly, but pilot made up most of the time in the air. Everyone was polite and flight was totally uneventful."
Cons: "Seat headrest was weird. Made flight slightly uncomfortable."

Pros: "Nice comfy plane, reasonably quick boarding"
Cons: "Philly’s airport sucks Half the mens’ bathroom stalls don’t work, doors weren’t closing, in multiple bathrooms!! The crew could have been a bit more attentive to picking up or collecting trash, but otherwise I liked them fine."

Pros: "perfect"

Pros: "The flight was smooth and quick."
Cons: "My departure changed three times, The first change was an minute delay, then a 2-hour delay, then a minute delay. Overall, the final departure as only 30 minutes after my initially scheduled departure, but it caused a lot of frustration."

Pros: "The smooth boarding process and the enterainment."
Cons: "The limited food option. In general, there's not much vegetables. The food is either a pasta dish (quite heavy) or a meat dish with potatoes or rice."

Pros: "Boarding and flight were on time."

Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

Pros: "on time"
Cons: "very cold"

Pros: "We were able to be put in an exit row which was great - especially since my husband and I are very tall and it was a cross-country flight."
Cons: "I find it ridiculous that on a cross-country flight they can't even offer pretzels or peanuts. There was NOTHING!!!! I have been on short hops on other airlines and you get something."

Pros: "Direct Flight from LAX to RDU on a redeye."
Cons: "Delayed hours at LAX. Boarded on time, waited at gate for hours and then had to get off. During our delay waiting for a 1st Officer, the Captain times out. NO BACKUP CAPTAINS or 1st OFFICERS AT LAX? Then miraculously during our 3rd hour waiting for a Captain they discovered the 1st Officer was going to time out. So, rather than KNOW this while searching for a Captain, they waited for 3 hours and then had to find a 1st Officer to fill in. Result more hours of delay. Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

Pros: "Flight was on time and service was good"

Pros: "Sat in the exit, very nice and comfortable Crew was very well dressed and polite"
Cons: "Boarding was very disorganized Flight was almost an hour late After getting on the plane, there was at least another 20 minute delay"

Cons: "Someone had been sick on the plane. They cleaned it up but it still had a pretty decent residual odor to bear in an hour plus long flight."

Pros: "It served the function of crossing the ocean. The crew was kind."
Cons: "The airplane was outdated. It did not have personal entertainment suites at each seat. I haven't flown across the ocean without being able to choose my own movie in 3 years. Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

Cons: "They squeezed me into a new plane after saying there was absolutely no way for me to get home hmm."

Pros: "No delays, speedy boarding and off boarding."
Cons: "Nothing..it was great."

Pros: "The crew were friendly"
Cons: "Bad seating system you can have a front of plane seat, but be boarded last. That creates personal items from being able to be placed near your seat and forced to put in bins at back of plane. That means waiting for entire plane to unboard before getting personal items"

Pros: "Was delayed over 3 hours"
Cons: "Delayed over 3 hours"

Pros: "That I made it alive."
Cons: "I lost my keys and not one single person has contacted me about my lost set of keys, even when I left my contact info with them."

"Weather :0( 2-hour delay on the tarmac"

Pros: "on time"
Cons: "cramped, no overhead space due to "backpacks and jackets" on inconsiderate passengers"

Pros: "Excellent experience & return flight on airbus plane was fantastic, reduced flight time by 1 hour. Great trip, thank you United Airlines"
Cons: "All great"

Pros: "Empty flight, lots of room and space."
Cons: "Nothing- all was great"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Better customer service with drinks and friendliness of crew"

Pros: "Efficient"
Cons: "Free wifi"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3x then cancelled. Had to take another flight to another airport to get home"

Cons: "Be on time!!"

Cons: "Wifi/entertainment didn’t work."

Pros: "Orderly, quick, ontime boarding"
Cons: "Not being able to bring a carryon."

Pros: "Short and sweet"
Cons: "Delayed due to ice"

Cons: "Serious turbulence. I don’t know to what extent it was avoidable, but my family was terrified for several minutes and nervous for the remainder of the flight."

Pros: "Got home alive,"
Cons: "loaded on flight THEN told there wasn't a pilot. Pilot got to work and announced we need fuel. Sat on airplane for two hours when we could have stayed in the terminal. You have had since Dec 17, to know that an airplane will not fly without a pilot and without fuel."

Pros: "Service was very good, they were on time and considering the flight time food was good too."

Pros: "Attendants were nice"
Cons: "Made me check my carry on to destination when lots of people had carry one same size as mine"

Cons: "Boarding and disembarking were quite painful with an overcrowded plane and most passangers carrying on huge bags. What happened to shoulder bags only for carry on?"

Cons: "It was boiling hot on this flight."

Cons: "In both airports I was wheeled to gates and left in the way of people coming and going. I tried to get the attention of airline employees and when I did they told someone else and so I sat for between minutes."

Pros: "Comfy roomy seats, free WiFi, free coffee"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Short flight so not all questions applied"
Cons: "Too small seats"

Pros: "Nice crew."
Cons: "They promised me a handicapped seat up front in row 10 when I called on the phone. When I got there they put me in row Refused to change it."

Pros: "Crew were friendly and attentive, service was great."
Cons: "I was seated in the last row, by lavatory door. The plane smelled bad and I could hear a distressed dog barking below. Vinyl seats left my shirt sweaty."

Pros: "We landed safely"
Cons: "Delayed 2 hours."

Cons: "Ear phone jack didnt work, paying more every time i travel for less, extra to check just one bag, extra to watch a movie, uncomfortable conditions for 4 hours, extra to eat anything, becoming a joke"

Pros: "Custodian found us blankets and water"
Cons: "Zero effort in San Francisco after my first flight was delayed leaving Seattle and arriving there late and missing my connection."

Cons: "This flight didn't happen. It was cancelled for "weather" hours before we were even to board. Because the cancellation was due to weather, the airline wasn't responsible for picking up the hotel to get on the first flight the next morning. When I finally got home, my bag wasn't even on the flight with me."

Pros: "I was returning from an international flight, and had carried my smallish rollerboard +1 personal bag all through (including outbound) with no problems. Just on the last leg, IAD to RDU, the gate agent forced me to check the bag, even though the flight was not full, and the bag could easily fit in the overhead bin. I was in Group 3."
Cons: "Forced to gate check rollerboard for no reason."

Pros: "One of us had the last seat on the plane even though they were reserved almost a month ago. However we had signed up for basic economy so that was not a shock. What was a shock was that water was dripping from the top side track onto his lap and he had to use the provided brochures to redirect the dripping water. The steward said it was condensation and that was it. Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

Cons: "Delayed almost 3 hours after a 5 hour layover."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They said it was due to weather but my wife flew out of Texas with now issues we were to meet up and couldn't till much later, no big deal that I pay for a vacation and have to start it late"

Cons: "I checked in my free bags with with my united access in the check-in counter, no issues. I stand in the gate line for Premier access and the gate crew lady asked me to go and pay for a carry on bag in a very loud voice and asked me to get out of premier access line. When I asked her to take a look at my premier access status, she said stop yelling. Then another man in a suit walks in and first word out of his mouth is not an apology, but a threatening "Don't yell". I just kept walking away from this unqualified person lest it goes out of control. United needs to do a lot better. Just because these gate crew people feel stressed out, they should not take on innocent travelers. Instead of putting a customer under a defensive position, they need to learn to respect the customer. United is training their crew in a wrong way.."

Cons: "A gal that sat with me on the first flight had seat 15a on the flight to Raleigh, she gets very sick and needed the window seatBUT. you folks are so screwed up at ticketing that you NEVER book families together. I've flow with you folks 20 years and its always been a hassle. She was asked to move to the back of the plane (seat 32) a middle seatwhere she was sick the whole ride so you could do the "shuffle" of passengersit's poor business practice. When I have a choice I fly SW now."

Pros: "Captain was very friendly and took ownership of delay for United"
Cons: "Delays at newark due to President in area. Would rather of just been told of delay hours prior so I could have spent the extra time with my family. Apparently the delay was known about"

Pros: "I could upgrade to a good seat closer to the front. And I was the only one in my row maybe because people had canceled their flights. lol boarding was quick and simple. Good amount of over head space and room. Def easy going simple and had no issues"
Cons: "We only got cups of room temperature water I had to ask for ice and one passenger during boarding was on their phone being disruptive and loud and no one asked him to be quiet seeing as everyone was visibly annoyed."

Pros: "The staff at the receptionist at the gate is extremely nice. It was easy to check in then I had to take Oxygen on board so it was more And the usual kind of check in"

Pros: "It got me to where I was going."
Cons: "Had to pay extra for entertainment."

Pros: "Smooth flight and on time great customer service"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The boarding agents were friendly and helpful. No problems, no real issues. My flight was delayed, the pilot made up for it in the air. I always have a great experience when flying United!"
Cons: "One of the flight attendants had a scowl on her face not good when you're face to face with a plane full of people."

Pros: "Honestly, nothing for this flight. Delayed, rude crew, seat assignment mess up, etc."
Cons: "No food in a previous 4 hour flight, plus being early at gate, plus travel to airport. A lot of time without eating, expensive flights and no food. As a matter of fact only 1 tiny bitty snack for the entire flight. Very uncomfortable plane! Asking to pay for entertainment Direct TV, are you kidding me??? Those tickets are not cheap and you can't provide entertainment? Charging for everything extra is outrageous. Crew was a bit rude. And the people at the counter at the gate -very rude and unhelpful. Flight delayed on Christmas night and no refund for all that time wasted without being with the family. I had seats together with my husband and then seats were removed, asked to see an agent when printed boarding pass and then got separate seats. You are a joke and do not respect the money we pay and prearranged seat assignments. United you are a terrible airline, please strive for better customer service. You charge a lot."

Cons: "My baggage was lost and after a long day that's the last thing you wanna hearbut someone delivered it to me 2 hours away first thing the next morning."

Pros: "I liked I got notified of the delay."
Cons: "The flight kept getting pushed back and no alternatives were provided. I was able to get on a different flight after sitting at the airport for 6 hours because the delay text came after I was just about to the airport. Very inconveniencing for traveling."

Pros: "We were upgraded to seats with more room. After a 8+ hour flight before this one, it was welcome. We had to deal with the hurricane. After delays, the pilot filed a different flight plan. The gate people kept us updated and you had the feeling they were trying to get us to our destination. We left a couple hours late and had a very skillful landing into some pretty stiff winds but landed safely."

Pros: "Never will fly United again. First flight left early and we missed it.second re-flight arrived late to get us so we arrived too late to get our next flight. Here we are spending all our money in airports and a cheap motel in Chicago in the rain instead of being in Florida with our family."

Cons: "The gentleman beside me had 2 children with him but only purchased 2 seats. He and his children were in my lap and kicking me the entire time. It was a full flight so I couldn't change seats. I paid $ for a FULL seat to myself, not so I could share the space with the people beside me because United allowed them to purchase 2 seats for 3 people. As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

Pros: "Good just hate middle seat."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled after a 3 hour delay. The next flight out was from a different airport, 14 hours later and with another connection. I would not have arrived home for another 28 hours. I decided to rent a car and drive the hours home instead. Processing the refund has been nearly impossible."

Cons: "Once again just like the first United flight the AC was so cold. They did not offer blankets and my son was so cold I had to unpack tshirts to wrap him. Will not fly this airline again. This has happened twice now."

Pros: "The flight overall went fast - boarded, took off, landed within an hour."
Cons: "There was only one snack - a zesty ranch snack mix. I couldn't eat it because it was a little spicy. I was not offered an alternative, I don't know if there was one."

Cons: "Our plane was delayed leaving Grand Rapids. Once in Houston there was no gate available causing another 10 minute delay. All bags were required to be checked plane side so once we finally got off the plane it took another 10 minutes to get our bags. Many passengers had tight connections and had to rush to their next flight. My connection was already tight as it was - and I had to go to a completely different terminal very far from where I was to catch it. Five of us were on that flight connecting to San Diego. We finally made it to the gate. The plane was still there but the door was closed so we were not allowed to board. It was the last flight out so we were stranded in Houston overnight. This caused me to miss a very important medical appointment this morning - and to have to cancel client sessions leading to a significant loss of income."

Pros: "United always has the cleanest planes I've been on the offer a lot for what they have."
Cons: "Seats are a little tight. I'm a 6'4" male knees always in the back of a seat makes for an uncomfortable ride. However the seats are the most comfortable one been on in a nation wide travel."

"Frontier's boarding process does not protect passengers from COVID or inconvenience. The plane should be boarded from the back to the front to prevent too much contact; this would also help the people seated in the aisle not to have to be continually rubbed up against and hit with bags and purses of the other hundred or so passengers that need to board their seats in the back of the plane. Board from the back to the front please. It just makes sense!"

"Delayed for no reason. Crew ran over foot with drink cart without an excuse me or apology. Like it was my problem. Limited snacks for purchase."

Cons: "Seats don’t lean back"

Pros: "Air crew, specifically, is very nice and accommodating."
Cons: "Bare minimum airline, get what you pay for; airline gets the job done for shorter flights. Wouldn't advise taking them for longer flights, or if you are tall, or both of these factors UNLESS you upgrade to a seat with extra legroom. I promise, you wont regret coughing up the money for the extra comfort."

Pros: "They offered great drinks and snacks. All of the employees were professional and kind."
Cons: "The seats were filled with people who didn’t know where to sit. Overhead storage was taken. Narrow aisles are NOT for the tallest or Broad shoulder people. Over all it was the extra fees, amount of space between the seats and the lack of upgrading seats options once aboard that slightly make me not want to book with the company again."

Pros: "On time, nice crew."
Cons: "Free refreshments."

Pros: "Cheaper"
Cons: "More comfortable, better food items"

Pros: "The service was POOR! This was my firsts time booking through this Airline and NO ONE told me about checking in 2 hrs early according to the phone phone rep or 45 minutes early according to the RUDE rep in the airport either way I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and couldn’t board!"
Cons: "Frontier could take some time to better inform their first time customers of airport arrival times. I lost my seat AND was forced to book ANOTHER flight for because Frontier didn’t think of their customer FIRST! Not to mention that was the ONLY flight leaving Boston until Wednesday"

Pros: "Seats uncomfortable"
Cons: "Unloading. Took 2 hours to get bags"

Pros: "Leg room, fun crew"
Cons: "Not sure the point of flying the "no frills" airlines. It certainly wasn't cheap and no carry on and plastic seats makes we wished I booked Delta."

Pros: "The plane was timely and clean."
Cons: "It’s suggested to arrive 2hours before your flight, however the check in desk wouldn’t allow anyone to check in and take luggage until 1 hour before the flight began boarding. Keep in mind we still needed to get through security. Was a little annoying but not to awful. The worst part was the seating"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 6 hours due to the pilot not showing up for his shift, absolutely unacceptible"

Cons: "All was good. Nice easy trip!"

Cons: "Very late"

Pros: "The seats were comfortable enough. Nothing bad there. The crew was very nice and professional. Otherwise, not a lot of positives."
Cons: "I got this ticket because of the price. Then spent 50$ more on the checked bag because I checked it at the airport. I tried online but was not allowed. I tried at the airport kiosk, it wouldn't work. I spent $ on baggage for the whole trip. Ridiculous. All snacks had to be purchased. I just paid a lot for a bag and I didn't deserve one lousy can of soda? Never mind. Next time I will go United or American."

Pros: "Solid feel to the plane- great on takeoff and landing"
Cons: "Hard seat"

Pros: "I don’t like nothing about forntine"
Cons: "O"

Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Seats delays late getting in"

Pros: "The flight was clean and nice we enjoy crew they are friendly I had sugar was down and she give me orange juice very fast thanks for that"

Pros: "The price of the ticket was cheap!"
Cons: "If you want a snack you have to pay for it. Even Water will cost you. The prices are reasonable for a plane ride though. Seats are very close together unless you get the exit row. Each bag you bring cost you unless you are active duty military. Active duty gets one checked bag for free but you have to take it to the ticket counter the day of the flight. A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier."

Pros: "Announcement made on plane was good. That’s about it."
Cons: "Crew members are like high school kids. I was on one of their over night flights. It got delayed 3 hours, but that’s not what bothered me. What bothered me was how unprofessional cabin crew were. Our flight finally departed around am. Naturally most of us passengers were tired and trying to sleep. The light was out and I was ready to sleep. Well I was sitting one of the last rows where all the crews “hang out” and talk INCREDIBLY loud about stuff far from work related. They were screaming and laughing, and the party lasted until am when the noisiest guy finally walked to the front of airplane. What kind of person can keep talking so loud when flight get delayed 3 hours and all the lights were out and every passenger is being quiet? How inconsiderate is that? How thoughtless is that? And most importantly how unprofessional is it to work like that? I really wanted to tell those people to shut up but I was sitting in the middle and didn’t want to bother other passengers. You know, even if I did talk to them, people like that probably wouldn’t understand what they were doing wrong and I would waste my time anyway. So in conclusion, NEVER FLY FRONTIER. I’d pay whatever to fly different airlines."

Pros: "The crew rushed from one other flight to ours and did a great job."
Cons: "I tried to take care of the carry on fee online, but found I had not done so at the checkin counter."

Cons: "No shocker there were delays and jet problems, but the thing that really made me angry was the fact that the flight attendant was extremely rude to me and threatened to kick me and my children off the plane when my baby was crying during taxi. News flash Frontier if you actually took off when you were supposed to and didn't make us spend two hours sitting on the hard floor of the airport, my baby wouldn't be crying with exhaustion. And guess what, babies cry sometimes. Being rude and stressing out the mother of that baby is not going to help the situation. After a few minutes he crashed and slept the entire flight. I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again."

Cons: "Didn't like that I had to pay for my carry on luggage that wasn't told to me until the last minute. I feel that it should have been told to me when I booked the flight. Not happy about that at all."

Pros: "Price but it would have been worth it to pay more money to fly with a different airline."
Cons: "This happened the Thursday before Memorial Day. My flight was delayed 34 min, 2 hrs, cancelled, and delayed for 7 hrs. This all happened in a 2 hr time span. The counter staff was very incompent and none of them seemed to know what was going on. They gave us a $10 lunch voucher and $15 dinner voucher which did nothing for the huge inconvenience it caused me. I had to change my rental car reservation to another company and cancel dinner reservations. I will never fly Frontier again!!!!"

Pros: "Actually it all went very well it was my first time with that airline"
Cons: "The only trouble I had was fine in my seat the numbers were hard to see"

Cons: "I was not on this flight. Despite the fact that my ticket was clearly for this flight, I ended up on a flight to Charlotte, not Raleigh. I do not know how this happened. Yes, perhaps I could have been more careful in the middle of the night while making a mad dash from one flight to the next. But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention."

Pros: "Managed to pick up fireworks in SC."
Cons: "Frontier managed to oversell both my flight out and all connecting flights to Orlando. After buying tickets several months in advance, I arrived at the airport to find both myself and several other passengers were unable to board because Frontier has sold more tickets than seats, likely counting on some passengers to not arrive. As a result, I could either by a new ticket at 8x the price I paid Frontier, or pay for a taxi and then drive 9 hours to Florida and 9 hours back. I ended up driving, and after several hours on the phone with Frontier managed to get a refund- solely for the original price of the tickets. They refused to offer any additional compensation. The moral of the story is that I paid a few hundred dollars to Frontier so that they could wildly disrupt my travel plans, cost me about 12 hours of my time, add in some surprise expenses, and reluctantly give me back my money and call us even. Next time I'll pay more for a ticket that has a solid chance of actually being worth something. Never again, Frontier."

Pros: "The crew was nice!"
Cons: "What Frontier doesn't tell you ahead of time is you have to pay for your seat and baggage both ways!!! This cost me an extra $82!!!! The seats weren't as comfortable as on a American flight either. I'll definitely use another airline next time!"

Pros: "NOTHING! With all of add-ons don't even save money."
Cons: "My flight from Orlando to Raleigh is still on the ground after almost three hours. Stood in line for one hour just to drop off bag that was already checked in. First the plane had too much fuel so had to wait one hour for some to be removed. Not a big deal but two hours after that was done we are still sitting on the ground! I have flown for forty years and NEVER had such a bad experience. Feels like they don't have their act together to handle anything."

Cons: "the price for the trip does not include that you have to pay for Carry-on, which is an odd expense to passengers. Especially for shorter trips with the round trip the carry on Frontier Airlines"

Pros: "fast flight"
Cons: "it cost $40 for a carry on which is kind of high. Also it was $45 for the carry on back- not sure why it was $5 more for coming back."

Pros: "The flight was a short 52 minutes, seats were extremely small. Left on time and landed early. Use them again."
Cons: "I didn't like having to pay for carry-on bags, which was more than a checked bag, having no wifi and having to pay for drinks & snacks. The tickets were cheap but should cover the cost of wifi."

Pros: "Good rate, comfortable seating, nice crew."
Cons: "Baggage prices"

Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$ and direct."
Cons: "No free snack/drink Pay for carry on"

Pros: "Can't beat the ticket price and direct flight."
Cons: "My outbound flight was delayed an hour, and my return flight was delayed almost four hours. They did provide a meal voucher for the airport, and did send me a $50 voucher for future flights."

Pros: "Airfare was cheap Crew was fine Plane was clean"
Cons: "Having to pay for everything additional (all checked baggage, carry on baggage, snacks and drinks besides water, choosing a seat). Also, none of the seats in coach/ economy class recline even a single degree. If 0 stars were an option for rating, I would have placed that for comfort, food, and entertainment as none were offered during my 3 and a half hour flight. Essentially, I plan to go ahead and pay a little extra for the basic comforts of travel and fly on a different airline next time I travel."

Pros: "Was stuck after hurricane Matthew- only flight that I don't think had a delay! Friendly staff, comfortable seating, plenty of storage space. Would definitely recommend again"

Cons: "We had to wait at the gate for 30 min before take off!"

Cons: "The crew was a mess. They gave very vague answers to why we sat on the run way for an hour and half in Denver. We all almost missed our connecting flights. They actually held every Frontier flight from Denver so all of those passengers were pissed. I will NEVER fly them again. When they say they are CHEAP they mean CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND. Even the pilot suggested we write Frontier and complain. Sounds like they have major issues."

Cons: "This airline is frustrating. Their seats are wildly uncomfortable Think lawn chairs that do not recline. They advertise themselves as being super cheap but then they charge you for everything (i.e. A carry on bag) so it ends up being just as expensive as it would have been to go with a different and more comfortable airline."

Cons: "Made me wait for 3 hours to tell that they cant make any arrangements to get to my family reunion. I missed the opportunity to catch the flight through other airlines. Very ineffecient staff and chaotic and lethargic service. they couldnt handle 5 customers in 2 hours. You will suffer terribly if you serious and important travel plans. They offered me a flight to Raleigh to reach on Monday morning at 5 am and my return flight from Raleigh was at am. They must be smoking some wrong stuff."

Pros: "The crew was very nice."
Cons: "This is definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to airlines. They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down."

Pros: "Ticket price was great"
Cons: "Seats are cramped, snacks and beverages are not complimentary, website did not have accurate arrival time (family waited for an hour in Raleigh to pick me up)"

Pros: "The price was right for this trip."
Cons: "No beverage service"

Pros: "The Price was awesome"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "They handled the flight delay as best as they could but this was not ideal."
Cons: "It's a scam that you have to pay for a seat even after purchasing a ticket. This is then billed as an option. Since I can't stand on the plane it is not an option but a way to make your flights apart cheaper than they actually are."

Cons: "We boarded late and then sat on the plane for at least an hour because there was some kind of IT failure and we could not take off. This was a late flight and all the cabin lights were on the whole time we sat at the gate on the plane. Also, two of the steward/stewardess stood on the back at the bathrooms and talked(not quietly and not about the flight) the entire flight. It was very hard to relax or sleep."

Pros: "I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one, otherwise they just don't refund automatically."
Cons: "Customer service represenitives are not very informative. The flights may be slightly cheaper but you have to pay for checked baggage as well as carry on bags. When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat Really?"

Pros: "The crew were friendly, considerate, and good at their jobs."
Cons: "The 'best' part: Frontier tried to charge me $ to correct a mistake in my name during the online check-in process! I called and the customer service person agreed to make the correction without charge but also verified that the company did initially post the charge. In general, Frontier tries to charge for every conceivable aspect of a flight, including ANY seat you select (so you must decline to select any to avoid this) and the little snack bags on flights. Also, the first checked bag costs $ Use with caution."
